The club currently has four social rowing sessions and four workout training sessions per week.
We are currently running a 55+ development programme to encourage that age group to be more physically active.
We are also hosting an SCRA training course in March and are planning a Wemyss to Kinghorn Race in August to pay tribute to the rowing competitions of the East Fife mining communities, earlier last century.
